@rolly joger: Yes! Absolutely! Some of the best food that I have eaten has been vegan. I don’t think I would have tried all of the yummy stuff if I never changed my lifestyle. My aunt is making pecan pie. I’m so excited. First time in over 8 years! She promised she’d make me one this year.

@rolly joger: I’m always experimenting with my cooking. I think that’s what helps a lot. It took me a while, but here I am now. 8 years later. Haha. I’d love to take some cooking classes on the side to improve myself, though.

My best friend Alyssa loves when I make curry and rice and biscuits and gravy. Those are her favorites of mine. I’ve oerfected my vegan “sausage” gravy. It’s yummy!
