You need to have insurance here, but they don’t pay everything and you have an own risk of 385€.
One of the things they don’t pay is the ER if you didn’t go to your own general doctor first. I found out that the ER is expensive because of that.

Which is good because I’ll be in the middle of Amsterdam my birthday is a few days after.
