the lake near where I live has been on fire a lot this spring which isn't good we can't have firepits going campfires nothing fire related not to sure if we can even grill it is that high.

@Unicorn: desserts kinda just have that affect on me.
people are like "don't eat that before bed, it'll keep you up all night."
instead it makes me sleep really good.
I slept so good last night cause i had a creamsicle a few hours before bed lol.
yikes sounds not good at all.
Summer heat tends to makes my town have a lot of forest fires.
we had a real bad one[not due to heat though i think] and it was hazy for months that i couldn't really go outside
because i am allergic to smoke.
@MoodyBats: the only thing people have said to me is don't have any dairy before bed because you'll end up with bad dreams and repeating nightmares on a loop.

@Unicorn: I think the only thing that gives me weird dreams is cheese.
i get stress nightmares which are no way linked to my food. just under pressure i get nightmares.
It wasn't too bad. it was just way hot.
@MoodyBats: cheese seems to be the main go to for giving nightmares at night. I've never heard of stress nightmares before. Way to hot and humid with smoke around isn't good

They are unpleasant. but i also have many things weighing heavy on my mind.
yeah. but i had my fan running inside so it wasn't too terrible.
@MoodyBats: well it os good that you had your fan going, and that it wasn't so bad. Cheese seems to give me weird dreams. But never had them for the sour cream chips.

but lately i eat salt and vinegar chips before bed[i brush my teeth after wards of course]
but lately my dreams have been...really awesome.
@MoodyBats: well that is great to hear maybe different foods or chips make ones dreams awesome. I didn't dream or have any nightmares last night

That's good. nightmares are so not fun.
@MoodyBats: Oooo tjat does help a good anime before bed. My nightmares are always on a hold loop or goes to a worse nightmare. Like if I have one, I will wake up and stay awake for an hour or two and then sleep.

@Unicorn: Yeah. I am watching one i have waited a couple years to get dubbed.
And now that it's finally getting dubbed it has made me super happy.
Hopefully more of their seasons get dubbed soon. Only 2/5 seasons are dubbed.
My nightmares tend to be reality but multiplied by 10 times worse than they are in reality.
@MoodyBats: Ooh ouch and what anime series is that is 2/5 dubbed so far I know some have said that a ladybug girl or ladybug cat has been pretty good

It's a sports anime about Volleyball.

@Unicorn: I like sports in general. I am not just athletic or never had the opportunity to join clubs.
But i am decent at volleyball.
yeah i've seen stuff from it.
@MoodyBats: that is great to hear, I was good at volleyball as a kid, but in scool I sucked at it probablly, because I didn't like everyone looking at me.
