@mdom: I need your advice as a rainbow specialist please! For my pastel rainbow tulle skirt, should my underskirt be black or white? I feel like the colors would pop better against black, but white fits the pastel theme better.

No shorts. I am buying leggings, but the pastel tulle is very translucent and I am not comfortable with my butt being that visible. Especially at work. So I need a skirt (just a mini is fine) to cover a little extra.

Not enough time to plan the dragon aspect this year though. Just a pastel rainbow fairy this year...
All I need are leggings, skirt, and shoes (and possibly some swarovski aurora borealis crystals to hang in my dream catcher wings), and I'll have everything I need. I fail at makeup, so that may be mostly skipped although I have some holo glitter lip gloss...
