Aly blushed deeply when Eke kissed her.

She giggled quietly, before clearing his throat.

With that, she leaned in and kissed him in return, on the opposing cheek.

"Eke." she said.

"I'd like to keep seeing you." she told him.

"I don't know if I'm ready for anything too much... we DID just meet... but I would really like to... to see if this can go further that being friends." she then admitted shyly.

Aly nodded in response.

"All right then." she said.

With that, they started to walk, and after about 10 minutes, Aly looked at him.

"You look like something's on your mind." she said.

"And not something pleasant." she clarified.

"Are you okay?" she inquired.

Aly was silent, but smiled once more.

"It's all right." she said.

"I understand. Really." she told him.

She then leaned in closer towards him, lightly pressing herself again him.

"Mmm." she mumbled.

"This is nice."

Aly nodded in response.

"All right, you do that." she replied, returning the hug.

"Thank you." she then said.

"I had a good time as well." she told him.

She then smiled once more, before leaning in and kissing him on the cheek once more.

"Have a good night, Eke."

When he got back, he heard snoring.

He looked around, and saw Ryker on the couch, asleep, with a monster movie droning on the television.

It was clear that Ryker had been waiting for Eke to come home, but had fallen asleep while doing so.

He also saw that the remnants of Ryker's dinner was on the table in front of him, and there was an empty glass bottle by his feet.

Overall, he looked rather... peaceful.

Ryker slept where he was for the majority of the night, waking up at around 6 in the morning... a little earlier than he usually did.

"Huh?" he muttered, looking around and see that the place had been cleaned up.

"...crap, I need to shower." he realized.

"Guess Eke got home." he chuckled to himself, as he started to make his way to the bathroom to have a shower.

"Eke?" he called out, but not so loud as to wake him up, if he was asleep.

"You awake?"

Ryker looked around, and sighed.

"Guess he's not." he said.

He then made his way to Eke's room, opened the door slightly, and peered in.

"........hm." he mumbled, trying not to make a sound.

'Maybe I'll make him some breakfast.' he thought.

'Wait... what's he holding...?' he then wondered, trying to get a better view of it.

"......" Ryker sighed quietly, and smiled.

He then stepped up and gently slipped the shoes off of Eke's feet, before fixing up the blankets a little.

"Sleep well, Eke." he whispered.

He then tiptoed out of the room, and started to gently shut the door behind him, giving one last look at Eke.

Ryker slipped into the shower and cleaned himself up, before making his way to the kitchen.

He then started to make breakfast, smiling as he did so.

He was doing up pancakes and syrup... with plenty of meat.

Bacon, sausages, the works.

He'd hoped the smell would entice Eke into waking up.

Ryker just laughed when Eke said that.

"I've been called a lot worse." he said.

"I just feel good this morning." he told him.

"How about you?" he asked.

"How'd your date go?" he asked further.

"Oh, and thanks for cleaning up around me earlier." he then added sheepishly.
