November 2017 - February 2018
@skettiyeti: Oh thank you for saying that. That it's nothing to be ashamed of. <3 I mean I'm sorry that you understand what I'm going through, (since I wouldn't wish anxiety on my worst enemy) but it kind of feels to good to know that there is someone who understands. (I hope that doesn't sound selfish) Like it feels good to sort of be validated you know?
I haven't done much at all since graduating High School in 2016 and a lot of my classmates well, they're going to college (which I am also far too anxious to do, and don't even know WHAT I'd go for anyway) working, or even starting families and what not. And here I am...just trying to get through life. I've been going to therapy since January 2017 with two therapists, but if I'm being honest, I haven't made a whole lot of progress. And I've been on three different anxiety medications, two different depression medications (I also have depression too) and well, while the depressions meds work a bit, the anxiety medications don't work at all. :/
Sorry about the long reply, by the way. :/
