@Baphomet: I am in a lot of pain and I have to ice my knee and ankle every hour on the hour, I fell yesterday on a paved trail right by the beach and water and a nice chunk of skin well flesh not on my knee anymore. But thank you. I couldn't get compfy enough to sleep last night so uncompfy.
