"I... yeah, I could tell." Zach replied.

"And I think he's responsible for my sudden ability to calm down and come to terms with this situation." he went on.

"Just... like that." he mumbled.

"That's... really something." he commented.

"I'm glad this place exists for those like you." he went on.

"Everyone needs a place where they belong."

Zach blinked a couple of times.

"Uh? Already?" he asked.

"Oh....." he muttered. "Maybe I should have been paying more attention as we walked..." he mumbled.

"Right... uh..." he then murmured further, before sighing.

"Where am I NOT allowed?" he asked her.

"Where and what is off-limits to me?"

Zach looked at the map in wonderment for a moment, before shaking his head.

"That is really, really cool." he said.

"And very handy, too." he went on.

"But no areas in red. Right." he summarized.

"What about food?" he asked. "Do I need to order in, or something else? Go do my own shopping?" he asked her.

"And is there an accessible internet connection so I can maintain my job while I'm here?" he then asked further.

"....huh." Zach muttered.

"Makes sense." he said.

"That... should be all I need to know for now." he told her.

"Um... where can I go if I have any more questions?" he then asked.

"Because I have a strong feeling I will have more..." he reasoned, scratching the back of his head.

"I mean, I don't want to be a bother..." he then said, trailing off a little at the end and growing quiet.

Zach nodded in response.

"All right, thanks." he said.

"...wait..." he then muttered.

"Az?" he asked.

"Who's that?" he asked her.

"And where can I find them?" he then asked further.

"Sorry about the questions, I just want to know what I can, and not get in anyone's way." he reasoned, a little uneasy, but it was because he wanted to make a decent impression upon the people at the Unit.

Zach paused for a moment, and smiled.

"I see." he said.

"That's great that you have someone in your life." he told her.

"It makes life so much better." he continued.

"It's made even better due to... well... I would imagine not many people would give you a chance for... obvious reasons..." he then went on.

"No offence." he quickly added.

Zach froze for a moment.

"...demon...?" he mumbled, before shaking his head.

"Uh... well, I suddenly have a wave of more questions, but odds are those can wait." he told her.

"I'm going to focus on settling in." he went on.

"Thank you very much for answering my questions and being patient with me." he then added.

Zach looked at the number, and nodded.

"All right, then." he said.

"That sounds good." he told her.

He then looked around the dorm, and smiled again.

"This looks like it'll be a nice place to stay." he said.

"Hopefully I won't be here long." he then added, knowing she'd know what he meant by that.

Again, Zach nodded.

"Yes, it would be." he responded.

"I just need to have faith." he said.

"Faith that things will work out, and we will be reunited in this life." he continued.

"I need to keep my spirits up, and be brave. For her." he went on.

"Again, thank you for helping me with the information and such." he then went on.

"I won't keep you if your other half is waiting on you."

Again, Zach nodded.

"All right." he replied.

"There's nothing else, no." he then said.

"Thank you once more." he repeated, before Aedan stepped out the door and headed down the hall.

Zach closed the door behind her, sighed quietly, and then made his way to the bed, sitting down on it.

"....guess I need to settle in." he muttered to himself.
