Hal nodded in response.

"Of course." he replied.

"I'll do whatever I can to help, in the long term, AND the short term." he told her.

"By the way, how long do you have for lunch?" he asked.

"I know of a place that can give you a royal spa treatment after we eat." he offered.

"Paperwork. Something nobody likes." Hal mumbled.

"But all right, I'm in good graces with the fella that owns and runs it, so he'll be able to get you an appointment right away." he told her.

"And when I say 'royal', I mean it." he then said.

"I'm talking pampering, and they will give you WHATEVER you want." he assured her.

"This is the kind of place people book YEARS in advance to get in."

Hal was silent for another moment, before leaning in closer towards her.

"I'll do all I can." he said.

"You know my network is expansive." he went on.

"And the more I think about it, the more I'm sure it was either Aedan or Azazel that was speaking about something like this." he then told her.

"So I'll ask them when I get back to the Unit." he continued.

"And I'll call you as SOON as I get ANY useful information."

After their lunch, Hal went back to the Unit, and was making his way to his office when he ran into Peyton.

"Excuse me." he said to her.

"I'm looking for either Aedan or Azazel." he told her.

"You know where either of them are? Which is to say, are either of them here at the Unit?" he then asked.

"....good points." Hal admitted.

"All right then, thanks." he then said to her.

With that, they parted ways, and he made his way to the medical wing. Once there, he looked around, before locating Angela.

"Hey." he greeted her.

"Is Aedan here?" he asked.

"Peyton said there was a good chance of it."

"........" Hal was silent as Angela said that, before sighing.

"Yes, that sounds like Aedan, all right." he agreed.

"Thanks, Angela." he finished, before they parted ways.

He made his way to the area, and sighed once again as he approached the patient in question.

"Why is it so hard to listen to a doctor?" he asked her.

"I swear, you're worse than those hunters Dani has to deal with, AJ and Phyra."

Hal just shook his head.

"Actually, I'm looking for information." he told her.

"I remember at one point, I heard you talking about... statues that moved and kill people." he said. "I think you were talking to Azazel at the time." he continued.

"What was that all about?" he asked her.

"As in, what were you referring to, in specific?"

"...." Hal was silent, before sighing.

"Damn it." he said.

"It's part of a show." he muttered.

"Well, these... Weeping Angels...? As you call them?" he then said. "Something like that's been happening." he told her.

He then proceeded to tell her what he knew... about the situation, the murder, and what the camera had caught.

"See?" he then said.

"Sounds exactly like them."

Hal sighed deeply.

"See, that's the thing." he said.

"I have the ultimate last say in everything... under most conditions." he told her.

"Angela has declared that you're under bedrest order for the night." he went on.

"And you KNOW that sort of order is above me, under the circumstances." he continued.

"I'd have to actually ask her to rescind it." he then said further.

".....which I DO intend to do. But short of you making a miraculous recovery suddenly, through some sort of magic, I doubt she'll sign off on that."

Hal just smirked.

"Well, see, normally my magic can't truly replace medicine. I do have limits." he told her.

"That being said, you are a very unique case, and various medical practices don't apply to you." he continued.

"So, yes, in theory, I COULD just snap my fingers..." he went on, snapping his fingers. "...and you'd be right as rain." he finished, before walking to the door and peering out.

"Hey, Angela." he said, seeing the woman in question.

"Can you come here for a moment?" he asked.
