The day before yesterday, there were a few warnings because there was going to be a heavy thunderstorm going over the country.

Yes it was bad, but it wad also over pretty quickly. The storm was gone within an hour.

For yesterday they said there was going to be some more thunder.

For 3 freaking hours.

A small thunderstorm came over around 11 and then, at midnight, a bigger and heavier storm came over.
I don't mind thunder but this was even too heavy and too much for me.

The cat was panicking, there were bugs on the windows, trying to survive, and it sounded like several trees nearby were destroyed.

So tired now.

@Tuijp: There was a thunderstorm here, but it ended up going away in less than 10 minutes! My mom's house was hit pretty badly though. They lost electricity. I hope your cat is okay now. Mine hides under the bed when she hears thunder.

Wet. We were caught outside due to errands, and it lasted all day. Some times it was a light sprinkle, but most the day was heavy. No thunder or lightning.

@vengeance: I can't nap. I always wake up with a huge headache after.
@Lufi: I can hear people cutting down a few trees nearby.
Ozzy was under the living room table, near my feet. He's on the couch now and still doesn't really trust the weather outside.
@Little Crane: the rain was so heavy last night, I felt that my house could float away any moment.
