@Ixora: we actually have stroopwafel ice cream
But we eat them as cookies. The best way is to lay them on top of your cup or mug when you have a warm drink and let the stroop get softer.
@Ixora: Well as the article says. There is a flavor or type of drop (licorice) for every taste from sweet to salty, hard to soft.
