I live in Northern VA, but I used to visit the area once a year. You going to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, or the Jamestown Settlement?
I heard all those locations are filled up with pokestops, but the spawn type/rate can be disappointing.

Usually places like that are filled with landmarks, so you should have a pretty easy time raking it in. XD
