@Monorea: I don't see those to often. Only on birthdays.
@vengeance: That is too bad, people are so disconnected nowadays. Less engagment in group activities and less visits to other people.
@Monorea: My family also doesn't live close. On of my uncles lives on the other side of the country. And the uncle we visited yesterday for his birthday lives 1 hour away.
@vengeance: 1 hour is a fair bit but it's not once a year long. Besides your country is less than a tenth the size of mine so even if it is the other side of the country it is easier than getting to some of my relatives.
@Monorea: We as family are also not that super close.
But yes it is easier here to see relatives.
@vengeance: Same here, the cousins on my moms side is too busy with themselves to care about other cousins and the adults can't relate to the younger generation. And the people on my dads side never invite us his kids so we never get the chance to actually know them better.
@Monorea: My parents did have a niece and nephew day. Each 2 years they all get together.
@Monorea: It is fun. Most nieces and nephews show up. However this year they had a city walk with guide in a city. My dad did not really care for that.
I don’t have a big family at all lmao good thing I don’t have to deal with all that biz
@vengeance: Understandable, tours and museums are for a certain type of people. If it is a gettogether it should simply be a day with loots of food and a couple of party games in my opinion.
@Laufeia: We are out where? And i am sorry you are lost *hugs*
@Monorea: They did went to a Turkish restaurant afterwards. And my parent's said the food was really good.
@Laufeia: That is good indeed. I felt out of place yesterday on the birthday party. Also because I only speak our national language. Most people at the party spoke the regional language.
@vengeance: lol it would be nice to have family tho xD as long as you have good friends tho it’s all good ~~
@vengeance: But you can't be truly raucous at a resturant, i meant more that you made food for everyone rather than getting it elsewhere.
@Laufeia: I don't really have friends, i have aspergers so i have no social instincts so i have no idea how to get or keep friends and even if you tell me my brain won't parse it.
