I have an older sister and a younger brother, but I personally like cleaning? I just have to have the spoons for it xP if I'm in a Cleaning Mood, I'll tell my brother "Hey you're going to do this right now so I can do this" and he'll do it lol he just isn't very self motivated to clean

my energy started going down around the time my bipolar disorder appeared xP thankfully I've been on meds for it for a while now so I don't randomly stay up for 2-3 days straight and clean/reorganize the entire house after not cleaning for 3 months lmao

I do that all the time. I'll get hit with depression or whatever, and than three months or so I'll just rearrange the entire house and clean like crazy.
Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.

a lot of the times I'm like "I'm low on spoons, is the energy I need to exert to clean low enough that the energy boost I get from cleaning will offset it?"
