@Lithinel: Hmmm, you really just gotta try new things.
I know that doesn't sound fun, and I can TOTALLY agree with that, but you just gotta keep in mind that if you don't, you'll never know if there's anything that will help.
So give it a shot.
And I'm not talking about 'oh, you have social anxiety? So go and just head into a crowd to try and mingle with people'. No. That's a heart attack waiting to happen, LOL.
Take stock in what you like, or what you would like to try.
And try it. See if it can help if in an anxious situation.

etc.
Or a fidget toy. Lol

@lady luna: That is very true, though I don't know what else to try at this point. Therapy doesn't work for me and I've been going a year and a half. I'm on meds, but that doesn't help either. :/

Honestly, just sit and compile a list of what you do like, what you don't like, and what you want to try.
Maybe it'll help give you ideas.
