I get offline at around 11 latest. But then I just lay there and when I look at the clock it's 2am or 3am.

The longer you've been just laying in bed, awake.... the more your brain will have registered that as not a sleep place.
You gotta start going to bed when you want to go to sleep.
That weill help you sleep too.
