AMA I know that's true because when I used to be out of the house a lot I had a hair strand that was lighter than the rest.

We had a black cat who's middle became completely dark orange from sun-bleaching.

My hair is usually a purple-ish red like burgundy, but right now it's the natural dark brown.

I tend to avoid the sun in summer time, even when indoors. So my hair pretty much stays brown. Lol
I do have a bit of red in my hair when the sun shines on it.
I try to avoid outside as much as possible during the Summer.
Also I dye my hair. lol

I avoid the sun even in winter, spring, and fall for the most part though. Lol. I am NOT an outdoorsy person
