I ran to a neighbour (who is somewhere end 60's) and she helped clean it. She also told what to do and what not to do.

I have an appointment with my case manager today. The lady who helps me with therapy groups, getting a job, and all the non-medical stuff. XD she was requested last year, and it's finally gone through.
