@Another Movie Addict: yep it is a bit of a workout, I saw the other day on how my arm muscles are turning out and it just amazes me so much.
@Unicorn: I really should work out more, but that's so boring.
@Another Movie Addict: could always listen to music and dance instead of working out it still works out both ways. But I can understand on it being boring, but my little unicorn kiddo is my workout for picking up when she is too tired to stand or we chase one another.

@Unicorn: I concur, I've let myself slip out of it but at one time I dedicated 30 minutes a day to playing Just Dance games on my Wii for a workout.

I'd like to get back into it but since I've traded my twin bed for a full I've got less space in my bedroom, not adequate enough for dancing. And the Wii is in my bedroom.
