Following a diet from a company that won't tell you it fuck over your health. They are called LR Life Takt. LR companies are know to be scams. Life Takt is like Herbal Life. People need to stop doing self diets and see a nutitrion.
What kind of diet are they promoting? Nothing but like tomato juice, essentially starving yourself?

The number one lie of adulthood that really disappointments me is that you'll never deal with acne again.
Diets with green tea that makes pee the whole day. And shakes that make you lose 3kg a day. And you start with detoxing your body with aloe vera gel.
o.O okay yeah, doing that over a prolonged period of time can really fuck you up. Besides peeing all day only gets rid of water weight, you'll make that back the next time you drink water.
Yeh and when you look or reviews you hardly get anyhing. Says more then enough as well.
