Nah, I've just been doing blueprint things for right now. For the quest, but none of it has counted towards the quest. And I still have a lot of stuff to discover.

I think that only the given blueprints count, I did read that you can just make the same thing five times though. So I'll just do that, because a few of the given blueprints have items you can't get without paying. Very sneaky Creativerse.

I'm testing that actually. >w> did pay for some of the blocks I needed, but I should've just bought the recipes(which is more expensive).
I got the welcome bundle of all those gold blocks and coins.
Then I bought a few block packs.
My fave is the shattered lumite stuff and the ones I use most are the stained glass ones.
I wish I still had monies for the ice crystal stuff though.

I grabbed some of the medieval blocks, because you have to have them for one of the given blueprints. But the stained glass ones look so pretty. DX I want to make a pink and purple house.

Yeah, I got the 350 from the quests and I am still holding onto them bc I don't know which other block sets I wanna buy. lol
When I have the spare ten bucks, I'm going to get the medieval recipes.
