In a pickle I can sometimes use ibuprofen to help relax me so I can sleep.
We're out of ibuprofen actually lol. My mother is a light sleeper, and if I go in there I'll wake her, get yelled at, and then she won't be able to go back to sleep because her insomnia is worse than mine.
