I never thought of using it on bread, that's a great idea!
I just ate oatmeal 3 hours ago, and I'm getting hungry too. XD
I do have Avengers shaped pasta to do something with. Hrm.
Also tomorrow is a 90% chance of rain.

We were supose to get rain the next 3-4 days, but the chances have vanished on my app. XD
Ours is coming from Nate, it's supposed to begin raining later on today.
But I only have sauce, and maybe bread, no meat. I should make pasta again that was a great meal nights ago. I am going to have to make brownies again. They got inhaled by my other half.
If you can’t say something nice, Don’t say anything at all!
Since the normal chef didn't cook last night, I was able to make some yummy broccoli soup with sausage.
I want badly to try making soup again, and I've had this idea for a caramel fudge pie for awhile. XD
Soup is my go to when we're at the end of the month before our shopping trip. Thing about soup is, you can make it with just about anything.
I know what you mean! My favorite is to use unsalted chicken broth, cooked or canned chicken, very finely grated carrots (cause it's the only way I can eat them), and various seasoning, with basil being my favorite. I'd also love to try cooking rice in more broth, and adding it in with the soup.
My favorite thing to make is a knock off potato, bacon, and cheese soup. I've even learned a trick with potatoes in which I pop them into the microwave to cut down on the cooking time in the soup itself.
Eh I can understand that. I don't just love soup (I do my favorite foods are soups), but by the end of the month there's just barely anything left. My mom counts out how many dinners we can have exactly (no wiggle room for breakfast or lunch, JUST dinner). So the amount I can take from that count is pretty small. Which is why I mostly make soup, something that can be made out of just about anything left over.
That potato soup sounds really good! I made one once using instant potatoes, which is really just making up the potatoes as normal then thinning them out with milk till their the desired thickness. I also add seasoning too.
I grew up with soup, so it's like a comfort food to me, lol.

I haven't tried doing anything with instant potatoes, mostly because I don't really like how it tastes. Do add seasonings to my potato soup though. Mostly it's just garlic salt, pepper, parsley, and maybe sometimes a bit of Italian seasoning.
