[ Well the guy did do something wrong, I just wasn't sure about kicking him. Then I asked the boyfriend if that would be okay, and he agrees that the guy does need to learn his actions have consquences. So I voted kick. ]

How bad was it what he did?
[ He made one of our other member's cry, and almost leave the group. Then he snapped at one of our older members. Snapped at the group owner twice. And it's just a repeat all the time. Like we get on to him, and he's fine for a little while. Then he's back to snapping at everyone. ][ I wasn't sure about kicking him completely, because his behavior has caused a factioning in the group.
