Couldn’t you use something like survey monkey for the voting part? That way people didn’t have to sent PMs? It would probably be less work for the staff as well.
@Totalanimefan: We like when we can create more opportunities for user and NPC interactions, but if all else fails, we may use google forms for voting over other 3rd party options.
Another reason we chose to have users pm is to minimize the potential of abusing or rigging the voting process. Some third parties we can limit IP addresses to one vote, but there are ways around that.

Once you've dressed up your avatar, you're going to right click, and save it to your computer.

I have got to enter this :o but so busy. I hopefully can find time!
