I’ve never had salmon with miso paste onigiri before, but it sounds good. I usually make my salmon onigiri mixture with Gochujang, kewpie, and a drop of sesame oil. :D And yaaassss roasted seaweed laver is the best.

I wish I made my own, I'm currently waaaaay to busy to actually cook decent food - so I mostly just buy premade stuff from that market or instant ramen (my fave is the pink crab one)
I eat the seaweed like chips, they're too good man

@mizuie: Omggggg, making onigiri is easier and faster than you think! O: I learned how to make it when I was working in Japan, and helping out the lunch ladies prep leftovers from school lunch. You can put anything you want in them too~
But omg, you’re lucky you live so close to a place that sells it. I have to drive an hour to the state above, or take a 6 hour bus to NYC for store made onigiri.
I love instant ramen too! My favorite is the spicy shin ramen. :’) And I eat seaweed like chips too, or with rice if I’m not too lazy to make it. Omg, you’re making me hungry. xD

@mizuie: Yes, you definitely should do it when you have more time. Moving and packing is a lot of work, and I don’t blame you for not being able to cook more at home. Good luck with that, and have fun on your trip~
Hahaha, omg, I was thinking of Thai food earlier today. xD Now I have to get some tomorrow. Korean, Thai, and Indian are my go-to for spiciness.

@mizuie: Flying is always a pain, but at least domestic isn’t as painful as flying international, so that’s something to look forward to. Will you be going to the eastern part of Florida? I heard a few places lost power and the beaches experienced a lot of erosion because of the hurricane. But it is Florida, so I’m sure they’ll be ok by the time you go there (unless you’re going to the western part, then they’ve been ready for you. xD) Either way, enjoy your trip when it happens~

September is known as 'Hurricane Season' in Florida, but my relatives say it should be fine & to just play it by ear ya know ?
Things are planned but if they can't be done due to the Hurricane affecting the weather, it's understandable because you can only plan so far ahead in advance
