Maaan, I wish people could look up the references for Gintama. The serious arcs don’t have a lot of pop culture references, and are just so so sooooo good. Plus all the female characters are so well written. T^T

Omg, I didn’t know they were shutting down the One Piece Tokyo Tower. ): I didn’t get to go to it because the friends I was traveling with weren’t fans of One Piece. Hope you took lots of pics!

You’re right, there’s a lot of Korean and Chinese tourists who go to stuff like this during the week. I’ve accidentally run into their touring groups whenever I was traveling around. I did manage to go to a smaller One Piece store in Nagoya. They didn’t have a restaurant, but they had a lot of unique merch.
