Oh goodness! That's probably going to happen pretty soon too. I better not get too attached to my volts. Since they may be going bye-bye soon. xD
I am way to attached to my volts XD However I do always spend volts when there is an event. I will just transfer the amount I have at the beginning of the event to my mule. And then everything I earn during the event is there to spend.

That's a really good way of going about it. I always tend to spend a lot during events to get extra item sets. That way when new artists come to Voltra and open up shops, I can pay them with the event items (if they accept them as payment) they missed. That way I don't need to give them the volts to buy them themselves. Kind of a win-win situation if you ask me.
I may open a writing shop here someday too. That way I can get some volts rolling in, or just trade writing for art. Whatever I work out with the other party. I'm also seriously considering applying for a Writer position on the staff, but I'm not sure.

I only get extra sets if the event has event currency. If I have to buy with volts not going to happen.

It depends on the event honestly. If I like the items enough then I'll spend Volts to get extras. If I don't like them though, I don't even bother.

I was making a new preview image for my sims creations. Got bored of my previous one. I can never stick with them for ages.
