@Miku: I got like no sleep last night. From midnight to like 3am I was in and out and then from 3am on I just gave up and got on the computer.

@Miku: I get tired from my schizophrenia too. I drink caffeine during the day but yesterday was no different than the other days. I have insomnia too, so that's probably a factor.

Oh my, I dated someone with schizo affective, he actually had to take Lunesta to help him sleep
Have you thought of taking that or maybe some type of Melatonin?

@Miku: one of my meds makes me tired but doesn't help me fall asleep. I've tried melatonin and sometimes it helps. Sometimes I take Benadryl and that knocks me out.

@Miku: Zzzquil and Benadryl have the same active ingredient. It's what puts you to sleep. They just have different ingredients other than that that make them not exactly the same meds.
