it's a very specialized field... I can't imagine what else they could do other than carve watermelon in the summer, maybe ice when there's a need for it...

Seriously, I do think they'd have to have another job and maybe do this type of thing on the weekend or something. I can't imagine that there's steady enough work for it to be full time and only this full time
