we have a very love-hate relationship with HP
back in the day it sucked (we hated our printer) but recently they've seemed pretty good...

@hiwrik: yeah, I am gonna do some research on which one to get. I want something nice and cheap but reliable. I do not plan on doing much. I really think having to download different softwares on this one killed it. D;
