yeah so what happens is; she is annoying. She has always asked us to TELL her to what to do. And she never has "ACCESS" to the google doc and slides to put her parts in. Every week I have had to re-send the link when she could just go check her email for it.

maybe she isn't and that's okay. I am no faulting her for that, but we have explained to her every week how to access the google doc. Once she has access to it; it just doesn't go away. She needs to check the folder of documents shared with her and I cannot figure out another way to explain it after it has already been explained 5 or 6 times.
