This is a follow up to my welp thread. So I had contact with the laywer and it turns out the insurance doesn't want to pay because they claim it's the person fault. But the laywer then also told me that the car driver WAS DRUNK! FUCKING DRUNK! It made me so upset an angry. I have no mercy for that type of people.
