I was desperate.
I'd been coughing all day, getting over a tummy bug/cold combo and did NOT want to go to the store.
I dug around in my medicines and came up with that thing.
I was in college in 2013.
The last time I had a bad enough cough that I deemed worthy of a cough drop was apparently in 2013.
The texture was awful. It was like a gummy bear that had already melted and cooled again.
It was squishy and completely deflated as soon as it touched my teeth.
and the taste was terrible.
I took my sad booty to the store, looking like death, and bought all the flavors.

LOL, omgoodness. I'm sorry that you're sick, but this is a terrible and hilarious story. XD
I'm still getting over pneumonia, so I understand how a cough can make you do desperate things. <3
oh god why :vioshock:
I threw the whole package away friends.
Hopefully I'll remember this experience in another 6 years. XD

Bruh that's disgusting. I had a cough drop that was only 1-2 years old and that was enough to make it inedible. Soft and sticky with a weird texture, no thanks. The ancient cherry Sucrets of unknowable age have honestly fared much better, but those are only for dire emergencies.
