@Another Movie Addict: Upgrades are the best. :vanora_heart: The best feeling is getting new stuff that looks way better than the old stuff.
@Prodigy: Oh yeah. That's damn sure when it came to his shoes. Keychain shoes maybe cheap, and fit MSD feet just fine, but the real thing is so much nicer looking. Not mention the whole not being two left shoes.
@Another Movie Addict: Yeah, the keychain shoes are good temporary shoes but it's always nice when you get the real deal! ^^
@Prodigy: For a while he was in keychain boots, which I don't see too often. Just the converse ones. They looked fine from a distance, but like they were also starting to fall apart a bit. That shedding thing that items made from fake leather does. All of my doll's original clothes have done that.
@Another Movie Addict: Yeah, the quality of some of those items can be iffy. I just recently got some Leekeworld shoes for my boy and oh my gosh they're so amazing. Super detailed and realistic looking. <3
@Prodigy: It was his fullset thing too, Doll-Zone clothes don't seem to be made well. Even his default wig came a bit meh. Made worse by a friend brushing the hell out of it. After I told her not to do that.
@Another Movie Addict: Your boy is a Hid, right? That sucks about his fullset. :/ My first doll was an Annie from Dollzone and I still have the wig and clothes I bought for her through them. I would say they tend to fray easier than other clothes, though.
@Prodigy: Yeah he's a Hid mold. Lol I had to change his pants the minute he got here. His default ninja pants had the crotch split too far, so whenever I'd pose him his doll junk would fall out.

@Another Movie Addict: It's a ton of fun but takes a lot of trial and error runs. xD I'm trying to take a lot of time on this one because I want it to be perfect at the end. ><
@Prodigy: Seems like it would make finding the perfect style easier though, once you get the hang of it.
@Another Movie Addict: Yeah, and the perfect color too. Finding the colors I want is always such a pain so sometimes I just have to do it myself. xD
@Prodigy: Yeah I get that. Luckily the character my doll represents has black hair. But some of the others I want to dollify, may need me to just make the bloody wig myself.
@Another Movie Addict: It's nice when the characters you have can be customized pretty easily. >< One of my characters has a long, floor-length mohawk braid in deep red so I had to commission that wig. xD
