@Another Movie Addict: I have an ancient camera too... two of them actually. I really should take it/them out and take some photos...
@Wildfire: I'd like to try and get more paying gigs, and my current camera just can't keep up with demand. When I went to my friend's wedding back in October, it basically did it's last job. Damn thing started rapid fire shooting without taking any photos. Like it was possessed. Definitely time to retire the thing.
@Wildfire: It's from 2008, and wasn't new when I bought it.
@Wildfire: The next one won't be current either, but a whole lot better than my XS.

My roommate just showed me that like a week ago.
He said his friend is the artist. I assumed it wasn't well known. >.<
@Lina: Oooo that's cool. Lol and yeah, it's a interesting show. Hope there will be more episodes.
@Another Movie Addict: According to my roommate, it took a few years to do the first episode because it's just an artist and help from friends. But the hope is a network will like the episode and buy the show. I thought it was so cool! I would love to watch more.

@Wildfire: That's tricky. Since I have no paying work right now, all of my income is from donating blood plasma. So maybe by the end of January I should be able to pay for the new camera.
@Wildfire: It's not, but it makes me able to do things. Lol heck I once paid for everything at a party with my veins. Even went to conventions on blood money.
@Another Movie Addict: Wow... that's certainly a different take on "blood money"!! I guess it pays well, then. They won't take my blood, so I have no idea...
