Cheese gots a lot of sodium and some cholesterol, so you have to watch out for it (I love it, so it’s hard for me to leave it out completely T^T)
And PB isn’t bad. I used to use it to make protein shakes after work outs. It’s just to make sure you don’t use more than 2 tablespoons.
