I do like that posting for this event has helped me earn volts, since previously I mostly lurked. I know lots of people are collecting candy canes, but since I assume they disappear after the event, I'll probably just spend them all and get lots of extras of the memory EIs.
oh yeah the candy cane collecting is just to hoard the event items
