Aedan just growled before letting out a string of curses in Romanian.

"I'm gone." Was all she said before heading for the door out and putting her shoes on. She had no idea why not one wanted to believe her, what was going on, or anything. All she did know was that she didn't have the patience to deal with anything that was going on there fro the moment, so she was removing herself from the equation.

... Granted, that was depending on whether or not either of them would let her leave.

"I..." Aedan started before sighing.

"You... taking me out to dinner and asking me to be with you forever, a twist on human marriage due to you being ... well... a demon." She answered honestly. That was also about a month before they found out she'd been pregnant at the time.

"And then I was waking in a sinkhole. I guess on my way back from dinner, I fell in." She then said. "Only thing I can think of, anyway."

"Between here and ...." Aedan started before pausing.

"I... " She tried to continue before shaking her head. She couldn't remember what it was that the hoel was between.

"I... I don't..." She shook her head, more viciously this time.

"Oh fo fucks sakes, I have no idea where it's between here and." She growled, looking ready to put her fist through the wall.

"I don't... about three miles from here? To the ... west? Ish?"

Aedan paused.

". . . " She didn't say anything for a few seconds before shrugging.

"More ammo for you to not believe I am who I say I am." She said simply.

"Isnt' that what you want?" She asked. "Since... y'know... it's not hard to tell that you're looking for any excuse to just ... whatever the demonic equivalent to 'smiting' is." She crossed her arms beneath her breasts and sighed.

"So ... just let me out of here? At least that way you won't have to worry about me, at all. " She paused again before sighing.

"All right? I'll just... get out of your hair. Not hard to tell that my being here is going to be a problem. You still look ready to eviscerate me or something."

"I know who I am. I am Reveka Callimachi - just chose Aedan because I got sick of people tripping over my name." Aedan commented, which wasn't common knowledge - most people didn't bother asking.

"And I'm sorry I can't prove it. I just... I ahve no idea what is going on, and I feel like I have absolutely no concept of time for the moment." She then said. "What about work? They... may be able to help? I have no idea. It's the only thing I can think of though." She paused here to give him a chance to respond.

So badly she wanted to just step up, wrap her arms around him and assure him it would be all right, but she honestly didn't know if that was true.

"Jesus. Warn me next time!" Aedan exclaimed before shaking her head... and instantly regretting it.

"That just revived the damned headache I had." She muttered before looking to Jake.

"Oh, hey Jake." She said.

"I'm here to ... be checked over, actually." She then said. Jake just looked to her almost pointedly.

"... now, how about a useful answer?" He asked. Aedan paused.

"Uhh... I'm Reveka Callimachi... Aedan...? Jake, you know this." Was her response.

"Of course." She said, but there was nothing to it. It was just an agreement, which was ... not the personality that one would know rom her. Usually she'd have some sarcastic comment to that.

"Let's go Az." She then said. Once they were buzzed in, they made hteir way down to the location in question. When they stepped in, they found Angela berating one of those that worked under her.

"Just... fix this, all right?" She half snapped before they ran off and just just sighed.

"Fucking interns." She muttered before pausing as she heard the footsteps. When she looked over, she saw Azazel and Aedan, but didn't immediately recognize the smaller woman.

"Hey Az." She said. "What's up?"

Angela was completely silent before sighing lightly.

"So, I'm guessing that you brought her here to have her looked over?" She asked Azazel as the once zombie looked to Zeke.

"Yes?" She asked.

"What's up?" She followed up with.

Aedan paused.

". . . should I not?" She asked, her voice curious, and a bit confused.

"I mean... yeah. I mean what I said. Should I not be alive?" She asked as Angela just sighed.

I completely understand it. I'm guessing you want a full battery?" She asked the demon.

"Because I can do that. It will take time, but I definitely can."

". . . That doesn't surprise me." Angela said. "It's gonna take a long time to do them all. Like.. between everything else, probably a coupel weeks."

"Come on Aedan. Let's get this show on the road." She then said. Aedan looked over and nodded.

"Yeah, I feel fine. Just... missing time." the Romanian said, which caused Angela to pause. She'd heard that before, a lot, but she honestly couldn't put her finger on it. After a few seconds (which was actually encroaching on thirty) she shook her head and just led Aedan off to another room. She didn't know what she'd find, but knew that she was asked to do all the tests, so she would do all the tests.
