I woke up with Vertigo for the first time. Was kinda scary. Got my husband to get me motion sickness meds. And then about an hour later I did some exersies I found on Youtube to help with the dizzy-ness. They brought it down a lot.
It's almost 5pm here and I just now got out of bed.

The exercises to relive the dizziness really worked. I can walk around now and just had dinner.
Next time I go I will tell them this happened.

@Totalanimefan: lol I only feel that way on occasion xD most of my life is spent from my bed. Fortunately though that’s mostly due to fatigue and mild illness vs something like headaches or vertigo or something else.

@Totalanimefan: oh yeah of course lol theres so much I’d love to be able to do if I just had the damn energy. I can’t even wash my own hair because lifting my arms up that high for too long really drains me fast for some reason xP
And then trying to get people to believe me (aka my whole experience with trying to get disability) because I’m young and I look fine >.> (although its not just physical things I’m on it for)

Anyhoo. Still not fun at all but I’m grateful its not as bad as some things

@Ruby: some disabilities are ‘invisible’ it’s not only the people in a wheelchair that are disabled.
Have you thought about having your hair short of using dry shampoo? Would those be easier on you?
