Live in a village just outside of a city in northern England :3
I live in the northeast US. It's gorgeous here, except traffic is always a mess because city planning did not exist when my state was being developed. :(
I live in Florida! God's waiting room, hurricane magnet, and home of crazy idiots.
I currently live in North Dakota where it gets way too cold and you can see for miles ahead ><
I live in Iowa.
I moved back here from Illinois at the end of last year.

Was born in Dublin and lived in the Ballsbridge area. Immigrated to USA. Lived in Boston but it's crazy expensive there, so we moved to Ohio. I've lived here since.
@Totalanimefan: Lol as much as I've enjoyed my time in the states, I wish I was still in Ireland. I miss it. I get home sick every now and then.
@chai: it's also radioactive here. The nuclear research centre, who make chemo therapy for The Netherlands, Belgium and France, is a few miles from my house.
@Shamrock Shamus: my uncle used to live in Boston, for 2 years, and loved it. He did say it was expensive, but he had a good salary with Phillips.

@sunny: No problem! And it can get hectic at times, at least traffic-wise. @~@
@Nalight: What area, if you don't mind me asking? :) In Texas, I mean.

@Tuijp: The most expensive neighborhood in my city (according to this real estate site) averages $1,515. The cheapest neighborhood in Boston (again, according to this real estate site) averages $2,135. These may not be entirely accurate but, I mean, this is why we moved. My mom worked as a paramedic for two different hospitals and couldn't make ends meet.
@Shamrock Shamus: part of my uncle's rent was paid by Phillips, because he went to work there for them. He was already working for Phillips in The Netherlands for a long time (25+ years). He had to pay more than just the rent of his house, since they rented everything in the house for the time being.
@Tuijp: Ah, how cool! Is the research facility pretty large, then? That's a big area to cover for chemotherapy!
I wish my area was more...positive. But we're rooted with a very dark history. :C
