I might actually post the "prelude" sorta pages as sketches cause my pacing is so rough usually. When I finish them.
I always habitually try to start a story with an action, THEN explain, and my bf told me it might be too much to have 3 pages of a character murmuring things before explaining how stuff works. hhhhhhhh I see his point. I think if I get approval of the start of a story, or a guide to fix it, it can help push me to continue. Beginnings are my biggest struggle

@Jolly: man i feel that too-- i was really conflicted on whether to touch upon one of the main plot points in chapter 1 or not but i decided to leave it out for now... i personally hate long expositions and explainers so i don't try to include them in my own. but i got my friend to check the flow and pacing and it seemed okay so i'm gonna continue working on that too

Her name's Hathor :D
She's called a unique opinicus in the story. Basically, typical opinicus have a lion's body and an eagle's head and wings. In her case, she has a pigeon-like head and the body of a fluffy housecat--but big.
She started as a joke and turned into a legit character lmao

I've had commitment issues with art lately. Like, if I stream, I'm fully committed to working on the thing for a long time, or until I finish it.
So I don't stream, so I can be a lazy ass spontaneous with my progress
