sometimes my stomach cant take spicy food :(( im taking a gamble every time i eat them

My spice lately has been to really tasty Korean red pepper paste!
Also straight up red pepper flakes and oil. Yummy.

have you tried... chewing it but not swallowing it?
I've never tried it, so wouldn't know if it's a stupid idea. I always just dealt with the volcanic situation in my stomach. It happens when I eat raw garlic. I feel sooo bad afterwards. :(

Every single food I eat these days kills me inside. I recommend ginger tea, its such a big help.
