@Jolly: It helps me to have a routine so I don't get distracted from what I need done. Also, when I procrastinate I'm usually planning what to do ahead of time :0 Caffeine helps a TON but hell brain has an anxiety disorder and caffeine makes that worse so.... thin line of productive and Fear.

I'm ADHD too! and autistic, which leads me to hyperfocusing on.... things I shouldn't be. >w>;
Caffeine helps me focus, but what makes me focus more is reverse engineering my ADHD by doing a thing I like while I do the other thing. Which usually works, until it doesn't. LOL

I guess that makes sense since British people don't commonly eat rice. I think it's a bit better tasting because you can flavor both the beans AND rice however you want :0
