@ishoji: Nope? Of course, I'm not exactly a small person, so losing a quart of plasma doesn't hit me hard at all, but the thing about plasma donation is that unlike just blood, with a plasma donation they return the red blood cells with saline, so you don't get deprived of fluids much.
