@kaichoukai: I’m not lactose intolerant but I really don’t drink or eat much dairy except cheese. I prefer almond or oat milk.

i mean if i cooked a lot of dishes with garlic having peeled garlic that went bad quick may motivate me to go ahead and make foods. but it also depends on if you cook everyday. some people may cook a different meal every night and need it for every meal.

umm i am not sure either. maybe it's the culture of having ready to go garlic and koreans buy it and use it immediately.

chances are that's correct. it's so busy that stores just get the convenient kinds of garlic....and you have to go out to the rural areas for that farmer garlic....which is the best.

no ideaaaaaa but they need to doooo better. but maybe the agricultural climate just isn't good for garlic. she is in the city correct? maybe rural towns have it.
