@Krampus: yeah I’m gonna have to start eating better foods. I loge fruits and veggies A LOT.
I’ll have to try it. It sounds good I don’t eat oatmeal often but I like it!

@Krampus: and those diets take a bit of work to find the right foods to buy. They aren’t east diets at all
