Yeahh, this is something i worry for when i have a child. It is a downside as kids should really have time to make friends and not just disappear especially as you get closer to graduation

Hey, super proud. I respect anyone who is willing to make that change. If you need support, I'm here for you. It will be a tough journey, but I know you can do it. It will take seemingly a lot of time to notice, usually 4-6 weeks so if you aren't seeing progress don't give up.
I know this may sound weird but taking pictures of yourself from now and maybe every 2 weeks. It will show you your progress and keep you motivated.
Esting healthy is the really difficult part, but as you exercise more and start eating better, you'll kind feel set off but the junk foods but don't deprive yourself of them. Do treat yourself, just don't go overboard.
If you need tips, or just want someone to check in just shoot me a message! I like to help in any way possible!

1. Went on two short walks during work
2. Went on a run after work
3. Chicken tenders and fries for dinner
4. I made it through the day
5. I got up and worked out which wasn't tough but i wasn't feeling like getting up this morning

Haha well you tried! I got like lots of time before i get there. Only at like 200 something

2 Made sour beef and dumplings and boyfriend enjoyed it
3. Lazy day
4. Talked to brother
5. Finished fiance present

Today
1. Kept busy at work
2. Thankfully ran at PT
3. Crockpot dinners make for easy cooking
4. Did my puzzles after work
5. Sent in my transcripts
