He nodded and sat down.

Eke looked at the necklace he was given.
He ran a finger over it gently his mouth slightly agape.
Tears began to well in his eyes.
It made the cake seem...small in comparison.

Eke tilted his head.
"What...do you mean?" he asked sitting down.
"And of course i remembered. i wasnt sure you would but of course id remember.." he smiled gently looking to the table.

Eke shook his head.
"Noot tonight...not yet...the undead dragon hasnt done anything yet...besides...tonights supposed to be special" he said.
"I was gonna wait but in light of...everything ill bring it out now" he said with a shakey smile.
He went into the kitchen and brought out a cake that while it was bigger, it most definately looked almost like a replica of the one he made 3 year ago

"The song...The elder dragon call it was...it was wrong...twisted." he said.
He was still shaking.
"That dragon...that we just heard...the dragon calling out...isnt alive" he said his voice trembling.
"Nothing can stop an undead dragon unless you destroy the source of power controlling it and we have no idea where that is..." he continued sitting down.
"And that could mean the end of...everything..."

"Well...nightmares for one...nausea...dizziness and a general sense of mild paranoia" he said getting the ginger ale for him. He handed it over with some meds and started making a simple soup that was super light. He set it down yawning. "So you missed a dose?" he said shaking his head. "You really shouldnt." He said softly. He was really fighting the sleep for some reason. Like he was afraid to sleep.

And as quickly as it came it was gone.
Eke came to his knees nearly buckling.
Over the sounds of the rain and thunder they could hear a dragons roar in the distance.

Eke didnt answer this time.
In fact, if aly listened hard she would even hear the elder dragon song in her head.
Faint, not as strong as what eke heard, but there.
