Ended up taking a nap without realizing
I did do a few small stretches, dont i can do anything else right now think besides what Ive already been doing
Since its so late
But its nice to be able to talk to people

More often than not it's my left arm but when my right decides its had enough it makes it that much harder to do things Im assuming its mostly bc i spent a lot of time online and doodling

@kiwi: nope but i have a heating pad to hopefully help now! Swapped to mobile in hopes that i put less stress on it...tbh I'm used to sudden random pains like this
